to confirm your charter. A written confirmation

Note: A time slot will be held in your name
for one week after calling. However, if your
deposit is not received within one week, that
date will be open to anyone else who may call.
Terms and Cancellations

We will NOT put more people on the boat to fill it.

Final payment due at departure (cash, check with ID, Mastercard/Visa).

A deposit is required to confirm your trip. Mastercard and Visa are accepted by phone to hold your date.

Deposits are not refunded but may be transferred to another date during the same season, provided it is done 2 weeks prior to departure.

Full refund or rebooking if the charter is cancelled by the captain due to weather, mechanical problems, illness, etc.
